Intimichic Pelvis Health I 2.0 is the new soft and silky ball with a thicker silicone layer.

Based on performing Kegel exercises developed by Dr Arnold Kegel, it consists of a series of vaginal contractions and relaxations that strengthen the Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle and the pelvic floor muscle group through gradual weight increase.

• Front part: Slim, smooth and thin to facilitate insertion.
