NALONE – Yany Beads Chinese Balls

Descrição

Leading Kegel exercises for health and pleasure.

The Nalone Yani™ are the best-selling Kegel exercise system. Made of aluminium, they allow 100% optimal hygiene and are body-safe.

• Includes two interchangeable sets; only with Nalone Yani can you strengthen the pelvic floor and improve your sexual quality of life.

The elegant Yani version of the classic ‘ben wa’ balls provides users with longer-lasting, more intense, and more easily achieved orgasms, a reduced risk of incontinence and other pelvic floor issues, as well as a rapid recovery of tone and elasticity after childbirth. Moreover, it is the only Kegel exercise system that allows mixing and matching weights.

Each set includes four 30 g balls (gold) and two 40 g balls (blue) that can be combined thanks to the silicone connector to create personalised exercise routines.

1. Clean before use.

2. Apply a water-based lubricant before use.

3. Step 1: empty your bladder before inserting the balls into the vagina. Step 2: insert one ball at a time. They are inserted similarly to vaginal tampons. If you have difficulty inserting them, raise one leg or lie down to insert them. Keep the silicone cord outside the body to be able to remove the ball. Step 3: to hold the balls in the vagina, contract the leg muscles and then the PC muscles. See the diagram below: Step 4: Kegel balls should be kept inside the vagina for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen the PC muscles. For better results, it is recommended to keep them inside for longer.
