How to use?

• Fill the bathtub with water.
• Once you are in the bath, place the Bathmate underwater until it fills completely. Then, insert your penis inside and rest it against the base of your pelvis.
• Push the Bathmate repeatedly towards you. This activates the hydraulic contraction mechanism at the base of the pump, creating a vacuum effect. You will start to feel the pressure increase. As water is expelled from inside through the top valve, the penis expands more and more.
• Once you can no longer pump, rest for five minutes. The optimal vacuum is when you can no longer expel any more water from inside the Bathmate.
• Repeat the pumping every four or five minutes, rest, and repeat the manoeuvre. It is necessary to repeat this operation because in each compression cycle, there is a moment when no more water can be extracted.
• If you feel the pressure is too strong, slightly release the top valve. Remember to do this underwater to avoid air entering. After 15 to 20 minutes of use, reduce the pressure by pressing the pressure release on the top of the Bathmate. Then stand up and check the immediate results! You won’t be disappointed!
• It is recommended to use for 15 to 20 minutes per session, three times a week for best results. Start feeling the power to lengthen your penis efficiently!
